For business

Reserve a block of parking for your event.

Finding parking for one car is easy. Finding room for 40 cars at the same time, near the same venue, is not. Tell us what you need and we’ll deal with the garages for you: find the space, negotiate the rate, and give you one plan for everyone.

What we do.

  • We deal with the garages

Staff at the garage usually can’t approve a block of reserved spaces. That decision sits with the operator’s management, who can be very hard to reach. We already work with the people who can say yes, and we handle every call and follow-up.

  • We find the space

Garages near busy venues fill up fast, especially in New York. We check what’s actually available at your time, only book garages with room for your vehicles, from compact cars to large SUVs, and split your group across nearby garages if no single one can hold everyone.

  • We negotiate the rate

Garages usually charge more for a reserved block, because they’re holding spaces and turning other drivers away. We can’t always avoid that, but we know the operators and can usually bring the price down.

  • One clear quote

Garage costs and our fee are listed separately, so you see exactly what you’re paying for before you commit to anything.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your event

Your venue, date and times, and how many vehicles to expect, including any larger ones like big SUVs or vans.

  2. We find space and negotiate

We check availability with garages near your venue and negotiate the block rate on your behalf.

  3. Approve one quote

Once you approve, we confirm the spaces with each garage and send you a parking plan to share with guests.

Common questions.

Can’t I just call the garage myself?

You can, but staff at the garage usually can’t approve a block of reserved spaces. That decision is made by the operator’s management, who can be hard to reach directly. We already work with them, which is why we can get answers and confirmations faster.

Do you offer valet at the venue?

No. Guests drive to the garage and hand their car to the garage’s attendants, who park it, just like any other time they park in the city.

Will we pay more than the regular rate?

Sometimes. Garages often charge a premium for a reserved block, because they’re holding spaces and turning other drivers away. We can’t promise there won’t be one, but we usually negotiate it down, and you’ll see the exact price before you commit.

What if one garage can’t fit everyone?

That’s common near busy venues. We split your group across nearby garages and give you a plan that shows how many spaces are at each one, so you can tell guests where to go.

How do you charge?

Before you commit, you get one quote with two parts: the cost of the parking, and our fee, which is a percentage of that cost. You’ll know the total before you approve anything.

How do guests use their parking?

It depends on the garage. Some let us issue Wizard Parking reservations or a promo code for your guests, while others prefer to use their own vouchers. Either way, we’ll tell you how it works for your event and send you everything guests need.

How far in advance should I ask?

As early as you can. Space is the main constraint, so more notice means more garages to choose from and more room to negotiate. We can often help with shorter notice too, so it’s always worth asking.
