For business

Valet and guest parking for your hotel.

Give driving guests an amenity they’ll appreciate, add value to your property, and create a new revenue stream. We partner your hotel with a nearby garage and set up the whole program: valet at your door, discounted self-parking for guests, and parking for your staff.

Why hotels work with us.

  • An amenity that pays for itself

Parking is one of the first things driving guests ask about. Offering it makes your hotel more attractive to book and adds to the value of your property, and every car that uses the program adds revenue.

  • Operators ready to work with you

Not every garage will run valet for a hotel. We have relationships with operators across the city and know which ones will, and which can handle your volume.

  • Valet, self-park and staff parking

We negotiate the options that fit your hotel: valet with pickup and drop-off at your entrance, a discounted rate for guests who park at the garage themselves, and discounted parking for your employees.

  • A fair contract and a proper setup

We help put a fair contract in place for both sides and make sure the operator tracks every car for accurate billing. For vehicle requests, we help you choose the right system, whether that’s ours or another provider’s, and put a clear process in place so your front desk knows how to use it.

  • Seamless for guests

Valet charges can go straight onto the guest’s room bill, so there’s nothing to pay at the garage. Guests who park themselves book through a reservation link with your hotel’s rate already applied.

  • We stay involved

Once the program is running, we’re your point of contact with the operator. If an issue or dispute comes up, we step in and resolve it between both sides.

A good fit for

  • Hotels looking to add revenue and value to their property
  • Hotels without on-site parking
  • Hotels unhappy with their current valet arrangement
  • New hotels planning guest services before opening
  • Hotels looking to offer staff parking

How it works

  1. Tell us about your hotel

Your location, number of rooms, roughly how many guests arrive by car, whether you need staff parking, and how you handle parking today.

  2. We find the operator and negotiate

We match you with a nearby operator willing to run your program, and negotiate valet, guest self-park and employee rates.

  3. Launch and support

We help finalize the contract, put a request and billing process in place, make sure your front desk knows how it works, create your guest self-park links, and stay on as your point of contact.

Common questions.

How does the hotel benefit?

Guests get a convenient parking option, which makes your hotel more attractive to book. On valet, you set the rate guests pay; the garage receives an agreed share for parking and handling the cars, and your hotel keeps the rest.

What parking options can we offer?

Typically three: valet, where the garage’s attendants pick up and return cars at your entrance; a discounted self-park rate for guests who drive to the garage themselves; and discounted parking for your employees. We’ll help you decide which make sense for your hotel.

How are guests charged?

Most hotels add valet charges to the guest’s room bill, so checkout is seamless. We set up tracking with the operator so billing between the garage and your hotel is accurate. Guests who self-park book through a reservation link with your hotel’s rate built in.

Is there a cost to the hotel?

There’s no upfront cost. We’re paid a commission as part of the arrangement, and we’ll explain exactly how it works before anything is signed.

Who parks the cars?

For valet, the garage’s attendants. They pick up cars at your entrance, park them at the garage, and bring them back when guests request them. Your front desk handles requests using the system and process we help put in place.

What if something goes wrong?

Your contract with the operator sets out who is responsible for what, including vehicle damage. If a problem or dispute comes up, we step in and work it out with the garage and your team.
